    BEFORE THE ACCEPTANCE OF A PLEA OF GUILTY OR NOLO CONTENDRE OR AT
    LEAST 15 DAYS BEFORE TRIAL IN A CIRCUIT COURT OR AT LEAST 5 DAYS
    BEFORE TRIAL IN THE DISTRICT COURT, WHICHEVER IS EARLIER.
